M.Phil (RCI Licensed) | Clinical Psychologist

Ms. Aishwarya Raj is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of professional experience in the field of mental health. She holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Delhi University and an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the esteemed Dr. Vidya Sagar Department of Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences, PGIMS Rohtak. Her clinical practice spans diverse age groups including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families and encompasses a wide range of psychological concerns such as anxiety, mood disturbances, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, adjustment issues and personality-related challenges. Trained in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Aishwarya integrates principles from psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed frameworks, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her work is informed by a strong theoretical foundation, guided by clinical precision, and delivered with empathy and clarity. She offers a reflective and supportive space for individuals at various stages of their psychological journey including those who may be unsure about where to begin, yet feel ready for change. Her focus lies not only in symptom reduction however also in fostering insight, resilience and long-term emotional well-being. Whether navigating transitions, managing chronic stress or seeking a deeper understanding of oneself, her ethos remains: Mental wellness is a lifestyle, an intentional process rooted in awareness, agency and sustained psychological growth.

Ms. Ritu Kuhar

M.Sc. (Clinical Psychology) | Assistant Psychologist

Ms. Ritu Kuhar is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with a strong academic foundation in clinical psychology. She has completed her M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi-NCR. She brings a reflective and client-centered approach to her work and has gained hands-on experience through diverse internships and clinical exposure. Her areas of interest include personality development and emotional regulation. She believes in blending evidence-based practices with humanistic values to support holistic well-being. She is especially passionate about mental health awareness and community outreach. She is actively involved in psychological assessments and therapy practice.Her aim is to continue evolving as a psychologist by integrating research, compassion, and culturally sensitive practices in her work.

Ph.D. (Indian Classical Music), M.Phil. (Music – Cognitive Musicology), Advanced Certification in Music Therapy, Dual Major in Music & Journalism (USA) | Music Therapist

Dr. Shambhavi Das is a TEDx speaker, Indian classical vocalist, and one of India’s leading voices in music therapy. As Founder and Director of the Manonaad Centre for Music Therapy, she blends ancient raga traditions with modern psychological science to promote emotional healing, cognitive development, and mental wellbeing. With a Ph.D. from Delhi University and advanced training in cognitive musicology and therapeutic applications of sound, she has developed evidence-based protocols that support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental conditions, and trauma. She has worked with over 2,000 clients and trained hundreds of practitioners across India. Currently serving as Professor at MGKVP Varanasi and Holistic Head at the Warme Foundation, Dr. Das bridges academia, clinical practice, and public education. Her work has earned her several national honors, including Music Therapist of the Year (2025) and Most Inspiring Woman in Mental Health Innovation (2023). Her approach combines vocal resonance, rhythmic entertainment, and meditative listening, tailored to individual needs. She offers therapy through three centers in Gurugram, including the MAYA Program at Manasthali, creating a sustainable model of holistic care rooted in India’s musical heritage.

Ms. Yashasvi Singla

M.Phil (RCI Registered) | Clinical Psychologist

Ms. Yashasvi Singla is a licensed Clinical Psychologist (RCI Registered) with comprehensive experience in therapeutic practice and psychological assessment. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychosocial Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi, and an M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from SGT Hospital, Gurgaon. She has done her Bachelors from esteemed institute of Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Yashasvi has worked with adolescents, adults, and families presenting with a broad spectrum of psychological concerns such as anxiety and mood disorders, interpersonal difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and substance use-related issues. She is trained in psycho-diagnostic and neuropsychological testing, as well as a range of therapeutic modalities that include psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and integrative approaches. Her clinical style emphasizes creating a reflective and empathetic therapeutic space that encourages clients to develop deeper self-understanding and emotional resilience. With a strong grounding in psychological theory and an attuned, client-centred stance, Yashasvi supports individuals in navigating complex emotional experiences, enhancing interpersonal relationships, and fostering sustainable psychological growth. She believes that therapy is not only a process of healing but also an evolving journey of self-awareness and empowerment—one that enables individuals to move towards a more authentic and balanced sense of well-being.
